  • be informed if a security compromise affects your personal information, where the law requires us to notify you; 
  • not be subject to a decision based only on automated processing that has legal consequences for you or affects you in a similarly serious way, where the law gives you that protection;

If you would like to exercise your rights, please contact us using the details below. We may take up to 30 days to respond to your request because we must follow our procedures. We may ask for proof of your identity before dealing with your request. 

Where necessary, we may follow the process set out in our PAIA manual.

We do not currently use automated decision-making. If we do so in future and use automated processing to make a decision that has legal consequences for you or affects you in a similarly serious way, we will handle that processing in line with the law and tell you about the process where required.
