• R20+ Recharge Telkom at R&A stores = 1 entry. I.e. every R20 or more Recharge = 1 entry (minimum R20 per Top Up applies)

• SMS RAPOWER + your pin number (found on slip) to 32015 (Every R20+ recharge = 1 entry)
• Each promo period will restart on a weekly basis as per below dates and all entries will be nett off to zero at the beginning of the new promotional week.
• Winners selection will be done by an independent party

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to all customers in South Africa who recharges their Telkom account at any R&A store.

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the promotion.

How to Enter:

To qualify, customers must recharge their Telkom at any R&A store.

Every R20+ Telkom Recharge = 1 entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can earn within the weekly period.

OR

SMS RAPOWER + your pin (found on slip) to 32015 (Every R20+ recharge = 1 entry)

Entries are calculated based on every Recharge for R20 or more during the following promotional periods:

• Week1 promo period: Tue, 1 to Mon, 7 September
• Week 2 promo period: Tue, 8 to Mon, 14 September
• Week 3 promo period: Tue, 15 to Mon, 21 September
• Week 4 promo period: Tue, 22 to Mon, 28 September

A participants entry for qualification will be looked at and considered whether they have used the PIN number, or the voucher’s SERIAL number.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected eligible participants after each of the promotional periods listed above.

Details of prizes, including the number and types of prizes available, will be announced on the R&A and/or Telkom platforms or via official communication channels.

Only 1 prize can be won per person for the full promotional period.

The prizes depicted in the images may not be the exact ones awarded, and the values shown are approximate.

After reasonable attempts has been exhausted and specific prizes could unfortunately not be secured in a reasonable time frame, an alternative prize, similar to what the winner would have won, with equal to and / or of more value will then be secured in order to hand-over the prize to the winner.

Prize Draw and Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted by an independent party within a relative number of business days after the promotion end date.

Winners will be selected weekly as per the promotional dates set out above.

Winners will be contacted via the contact details associated with their respective cell phone accounts.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, R&A and Telkom reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize hand-over will take place withing a reasonable amount of time after the notification has been made to the winners. When using third party suppliers to secure prize hand over – especially where prizes needs to be collected by winner, a delay in handover can be expected due to arrangements that has to be made after important information (like location of winner) was collected / received.

Additional Terms:

R&A and Telkom reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

R&A and Telkom reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

R&A and Telkom are not responsible for any system failures or technical issues beyond their control that may affect entries in this digital promotion.

By participating, customers consent to R&A and Telkom processing their information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) for purposes related to this promotion. Customers further consent to the use of their names and images by R&A and Telkom for post-promotion marketing purposes only, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
